Laura works with adults and children and has open availability, offering individual and group sessions virtually or in person day and night, including weekends. Laura offers in person at our New York office and virtual in New York and Florida.

Laura is a dedicated mental health professional with more than 30 years experience assisting individual’s with developmental, acquired and psychiatric disabilities. She has her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She has a strong foundation in behavior analysis and intervention. Laura has extensive experience working as part of a clinical team, determining efficacy of psychiatric medication regimens for individuals with varied medical and psychiatric diagnosis’, as well as varied experience with eating disorders, recovery, grief and gender dysphoria.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, highlighting a humanistic approach, Laura integrates notions of mindfulness, as well as cognitive behavioral, acceptance, and commitment therapeutic aspects in efforts to optimize client’s experience and outcomes.
