Evaluation

There are some instances in life when an evaluation is required. As long as the party requesting the evaluation accepts a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) as the provider, we are able to assist you. Our therapists complete a comprehensive psychological evaluation and will provide the required documentation.
