Collin Chapman is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida who is passionate about helping individuals build greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. He believes therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and encouraged to create meaningful change in their lives.
Collin works with adults and young professionals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, ADHD-related challenges, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties. He also has a special interest in supporting men’s issues, including identity, emotional expression, relationships, and navigating societal expectations.
His therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, and goal-oriented, blending evidence-based techniques with compassionate support tailored to each client’s unique experiences and needs. Collin incorporates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping tools, and move toward a more fulfilling and intentional life.
Clients working with Collin can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration. He values creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling gently challenged to grow. His style balances insight-oriented exploration with actionable strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives.
Collin’s passion for becoming a therapist grew from witnessing firsthand the impact that therapy can have when someone feels truly understood and supported. He is dedicated to helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and feel more empowered in their healing journey.
Outside of his clinical work, Collin enjoys live music, reading, exploring new cities, appreciating the arts, and spending time outdoors to recharge and stay grounded.
