Natasha works with couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children in our Melville, NY office.

Natasha believes healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. She offers a thoughtful, collaborative therapeutic space where clients can safely explore difficult experiences, deepen self understanding, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is warm, honest, trauma informed, and grounded in the belief that every person’s story deserves respect.

Natasha earned her Master of Social Work and was recognized with the Rita Paprin Award, Patricia Hochfelder Award, and the National Association of Social Workers Student Award for academic excellence and leadership. Over the past decade, she has worked across crisis intervention, clinical practice, case management, and community based programs, providing support to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

She has extensive experience working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, major life transitions, neurodivergence, domestic violence, homelessness, refugee and asylum seeker experiences, and identity related concerns. Natasha has also worked closely with marginalized communities, including QTIPOC individuals, always striving to provide culturally responsive and affirming care.

Natasha utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach that combines Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy. She balances insight oriented exploration with practical strategies, helping clients better understand themselves while developing skills to move forward.

Clients appreciate Natasha’s ability to create a structured yet flexible environment where they can work at their own pace while feeling supported through life’s complexities. She enjoys working with adults navigating significant life transitions, questions of identity, belonging, and personal growth, while also drawing on her experience supporting adolescents and children.
