Tracy Meyer, M.Ed

With a strong foundation in education and leadership, Tracy brings a unique blend of structure, creativity, and empathy to her administrative role at Find Peace Counseling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education and a Master’s degree in Leadership, both of which have shaped her strategic thinking and people-first approach.

Tracy’s professional journey spans multiple industries, including over a decade in education as a teacher and curriculum coach specializing in STEM subjects. She has also served as a general manager in both service and manufacturing sectors, as well as a retail store manager in the pet industry. These diverse roles have equipped her with deep experience in team coordination, customer service, and operational management—skills that translate seamlessly into the supportive, behind-the-scenes work that keeps a mental health practice running smoothly.

Outside of work, Tracy is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking national parks, soaking in the sun at the beach, and spending quality time with her family. She’s passionate about maintaining both reef and freshwater aquariums and is rarely seen without her best friend, Bella—the family dog. With her children now grown, Tracy is embracing a new season of life, exploring the world alongside her husband.
