Trenice is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA)/Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Case Western Reserve University. With more than a decade of experience working alongside individuals with disabilities and co-occurring disorders, Trenice brings a deep commitment to supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges. Her background includes working with youth, adults, and seniors from diverse communities, providing a broad perspective and sensitivity to the unique needs of each person she serves.
Trenice specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for both depression and anxiety. Her therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based practices, and Motivational Interviewing. Passionate about empowering clients, Trenice helps individuals recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and move toward meaningful change. Believing that therapy is a collaborative process, she is dedicated to supporting clients as they work toward their goals and build resilience for the future.
