Marin Miller is a compassionate and knowledgeable Clinical Social Worker who is just months away from completing her LCSW. She brings warmth, humor, and authenticity to her work, offering clients a therapeutic space that feels safe, accepting, and grounded. Marin earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Her professional background spans residential treatment, dual-diagnosis care, outpatient therapy, and trauma recovery work, including her experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. These diverse roles have shaped her into a thoughtful and adaptable clinician with a strong foundation in client-centered and holistic care.
Marin works with adults, couples, and teens, and she is also able to see children when needed. While she often finds it most effective to work directly with parents when addressing concerns at home, Marin is fully trained to provide therapy to children and families. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, meeting clients where they feel most comfortable. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, ADHD, and supporting parents of children with ADHD, as well as providing affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients and individuals navigating complex life challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, family therapy, and trauma-informed practices. Marin believes in empowering clients to build resilience, face fears, and reconnect with a sense of meaning and purpose, regardless of past or present difficulties. She emphasizes hope, emotional safety, curiosity, and collaboration, helping clients uncover their strengths and find practical, sustainable paths forward.
Marin works with adults, teens, and children, offering individual, group, and couples therapy in person and via telehealth. She has daytime and evening availability for telehealth or in person sessions on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s.
A word from Marin: You are more than your challenges, and you have what it takes to overcome any obstacle created by mistakes, abuse, mental illness, or just plain life. Together, we can create a safe place to explore your strengths and find the right approach to help you navigate challenges with confidence and purpose.
