Lovelie works with all ages, offering individual, group, and couples therapy in person and via telehealth. Lovelie offers in person at our New York office and virtual in New York and Florida.
Lovelie is a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. She brings extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, and grief counseling through a holistic lens.
Lovelie draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe negative thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance motivation for change, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to build on existing strengths and set meaningful, achievable goals. These integrated modalities foster resilience, personal growth, and lasting well-being.
Deeply committed to advocacy and equity, Lovelie empowers individuals and families to overcome barriers to wellness and embrace their full potential. Her background includes trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and prevention programming. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, Lovelie creates a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation.
